Timeless Properties Detroit is a property management company devoted to servicing the needs of its buildings and tenants. Our goal is to keep up the historic beauty of each building while providing environments for the people of Detroit to be able to thrive.
ANDREW CARNACCHI
general MANAGER
Andrew is a lifelong resident of southeast Michigan. A sports and outdoor life fanatic you'll find him on the golf course or one of Metro Detroit's many waterways with family and friends. Andrew loves to foster robust relationships with his team and the residents in his communities. The breadth of his experience comes from fast paced retail sales environments and brand management within the dealership setting.
ADAM NOEL
PROJECT MANAGER
Adam is our Project Manager here at Timeless Properties Detroit. He has personally overseen the majority of work completed at each building over the past several years. This has included the coordination of trades for all of the renovations from landscaping to roof repairs and everything in between.
Shonell Blackmon
Area Manager
Shonell was born and raised in the Detroit Metro area, and over the years, she has had the opportunity to wear a few different hats. Currently, she is the Area Manager for Timeless Properties Detroit, but her journey started in real estate. From there, she ventured into banking, and for the past 13+ years, she has found her passion in property management. It’s a field that’s not only rewarding but one she truly enjoys, especially because she has had the chance to learn and grow in so many different aspects of it.
When she’s not working, you’ll often find her traveling, boating, or just spending time with my family. Shonell loves being adventurous and spontaneous—there's nothing better than diving into a new experience, whether it’s a last-minute trip or an impromptu weekend getaway. Life is all about enjoying the moments, and she tries to make the most of every one of them!
Andrew Christoper
Maintenance Technician
Originally from Florida, Andy now proudly calls Detroit home. A lifelong dedicated Tigers fan, he brings his passion for life to everything he does. With many years of experience in maintenance and renovations, Andy has honed his skills and developed a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, he cherishes time spent with his family and his dogs. Always one to make others laugh, he aims to make the most out of every moment.
Antonio Alvarado
Maintenance Manager
Antonio has been part of Timeless Properties for about two years. His priority has always been to work as a team, doing his best to help and provide effective solutions to any issues that arise at the different tenant communities.
